人类文明新形态具有丰富的内涵,其产生具有重大的理论和实践意义。与以前的文明形态相比,人类文明新形态发生了质的飞跃,即人类文明新形态是以中国式现代化道路为基石的社会主义文明;是超越西方工业文明,推动物质文明、政治文明、精神文明、社会文明、生态文明协调发展的全要素文明;是符合人类文明发展方向、兼容世界文明之大成的人类文明。人类文明新形态的孕育以中国共产党的成立、中国特色社会主义伟大事业的开辟为标志,伴随着中国特色社会主义伟大事业的发展而不断成长凸显。新的历史时期,要实施创新驱动、交流互鉴、和谐共生等战略,激发文明发展的活力动力,推动人类文明新形态的建构发展再上新台阶。

The new form of human civilization has rich connotations and its emergence has great theoretical and practicalsignificance. Compared with previous forms of civilization, the new form of human civilization has taken aqualitative leap.It is socialist civilization based on the road of Chinese-style modernization.It is an all-factorcivilization that transcends western industrial civilization and promotes the coordinated development of materialcivilization,political civilization,spiritual civilization,social civilization and ecological civilization.It is a kindof civilization which conforms to the development direction of human civilization and is compatible with thegreat achievements of world civilization.Its birth is marked by the founding of the Communist Party of Chinaand the opening up of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new historical period,weshould continue to implement the strategies such as innovation-driven development,exchanges and mutuallearning,and harmonious coexistence,so as to stimulate the vitality of the development of civilization and pro-mote the construction and development of the new form of human civilization to a new level.
