基于CiteSpace中医药治疗肝豆状核变性相关研究的可视化分析

Visual analysis of research on wilson's diseasetreated by traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace

目的应用CiteSpace软件分析近10年中医药治疗肝豆状核变性的发展状况、研究热点及发展趋势。方法检索中国知网数据库,选取2011年1月—2021年12月收录的中医药治疗肝豆状核变性的文献,借助CiteSpace软件对纳入文献的作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献201篇,年发文量总体呈先上升后略下降,但总体上升的趋势。研究热点集中在中医药治疗肝豆状核变性的用药规律、中医证型、作用机制及临床应用,关键词共现中心性前五的是肝豆状核变性、Willson病、中医证型、肝豆灵、肝豆汤。发文作者前三的是杨文明、韩辉、张娟,以杨文明、韩咏竹和于庆生团队聚类明显。中医药大学及附属医院为研究的主要阵地。研究机构间联系紧密,形成明显的交互合作网络。结论近10年中医药治疗肝豆状核变性的研究,形成了以安徽中医药大学及其附属医院为代表的研究团体,主要以肝豆汤、肝豆灵等中医药的用药规律和疾病的中医分型为研究热点。研究机构局限于地域研究,缺少跨区域合作。临床作用机制研究深度不够,建议开展多中心、高质量、多单位及扩大样本量的中医药遣方用药的疗效及作用机制的研究。

Objective To analyze the development status,research hotspots and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of Wilson's disease in recent 10 years by using CiteSpace software.Methods The literatures on TCM in the treatment of Wilson's disease those were published in CNKI databasefrom January 2011 to December 2021 were retrieved,and the authors,institutions and keywords of the included literatures were analyzed visually with CiteSpace software.Results A total of 201 papers were included in this study.The number of published articles increased firstly and then decreased slightly,but the overall trend was on the rise.The hotspot of the researches focuses on the medication rule,TCM syndrome type,mechanism of action and clinical application of TCM in the treatment of Wilson's disease.The top five keywords co-occurring centrality are hepatolenticular degeneration,Willson's disease,TCM syndrome type,Gandoling and Gando decoction.The top three authors are Yang Wenming,Han Hui and Zhang Juan,and the clustering of Yang Wenming,Han Yongzhu and Yu Qingsheng is obvious.The university of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospitals are the main research sites for TCM treatment of Wilson's disease.Research institutions are closely linked,forming an obvious network of interaction and cooperation.Conclusions In the past 10 years,a research group represented by Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospitals has been formed in the study of TCM treatment of Wilson's disease,mainly focusing on the regularity of TCM medication and TCM classification of diseases such as Gandou decoction and Gandouling.Research institutions are limited to regional research and lack of cross-regional cooperation.The research depth of clinical mechanism of action is not enough,so it is suggested to carry out multi-center,high-quality,multi-unit and enlarged sample size research on the efficacy and mechanism of TCM dispatching prescription.
