摘要
目的基于学生视角分析评价临床免疫学检验技术课程教学质量满意度,以期为本门课程教学改革提供参考。方法整群抽取某重点医科大学医学检验技术专业2018—2019级以及近三年上过这门课的毕业生为研究对象,以问卷星形式进行线上调查,调查内容包含学生视角下的教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、课程评价、教学效果评价五个维度的满意度。结果最终收取问卷348份,其中有效问卷315份(90.52%),其中260人(82.54%)认为本课程能够体现以学生为中心的教学理念,286人(90.79%)对课程内容能及时更新感到满意,288人(91.43%)认为本门课程能够对学习过程和学习效果进行合理、公正的评价,280人(88.89%)赞成课程理论、实践考试的考核方式,279人(88.57%)希望深入了解本门课程更多的内容。但是249人(79.05%)认为授课教师运用“雨课堂”、“腾讯课堂”等线上教学手段还不够熟练,261人(82.86%)认为今后需加强《临床免疫学检验技术》实践教学。结论学生对现有临床免疫学检验技术课程教学现状给予肯定,但是在教学内容更新、教学方式转变、加强实践教学以及课程思政等方面也提出一些建设性意见,为后续课程教学改革提供了帮助。
Objective Analyze and evaluate the teaching quality satisfaction of clinical immunology laboratory technology based on students'perspective,in order to provide a reference for the teaching reform of this course.Methods In this study,a group of students majoring in medical laboratory technology from classes of grade 2018-2019 and graduates who had learn this course in the past three years from a key medical university were selected as the objects.An online survey was conducted in the form of Wengjuanxing,the content of the survey includes five dimensions of satisfaction based on students'perspective:teaching idea,teaching content,teaching method,course evaluation and teaching effect evaluation.Results 348 questionnaires were finally collected,of which 315(90.52%)were valid,among which 260(82.54%)thought that the course could reflect the student-centered teaching idea,286(90.79%)were satisfied with the timely updating of the course content,and 288(91.43%)thought that the course could make a reasonable and fair evaluation of the learning process and learning effect,280(88.89%)were in favor of the examination method of curriculum theory and practice examination,and 279(88.57%)wanted to know more about the course.However,249(79.05%)thought that the teachers were not proficient in using online teaching methods such as“rain classroom”and“Tencent classroom”,and 261(82.86%)thought that the practical teaching of clinical immunology laboratory technology should be strengthened in the future.Conclusions Students affirmed the teaching situation of the current clinical immunology laboratory technology course,but also put forward some constructive suggestions on the renewal of teaching content,the transformation of teaching methods,strengthening practical teaching and curriculum thought and politics,which provided help for the follow-up curriculum teaching reform.
