某普通医学院公共卫生相关专业大学生优先目标分析

Analysis on priority goals of college students majoring in public health related majors in a regular medical college

目的分析某普通医学院公共卫生相关专业大学生的优先目标状况。方法2021年4月在某普通医学院校四类公共卫生专业大学生中开展问卷调查,调查内容包括个人和家庭基本情况以及10个目标中的前6目标的选择情况。统计分析方法包括描述性分析、卡方检验和多元logistic回归。结果实际调查1029名1—5年级学生,结果显示,59.1%的学生将继续现有专业作为第一目标,20.4%的学生将读研作为第一目标,5.5%表示第一目标是争取转专业;59.1%和21.5%的学生分别将参加社团活动和身体健康列为前三位目标。多因素分析发现,卫生管理和医学信息工程专业学生意向转专业比例比预防医学和其他公共卫生专业学生高。结论该普通医学院公共卫生相关专业学生重视学业相关目标,专业认同度较高,较为重视综合素质的培养,但对健康重视程度仍需提高。建议加强对卫生管理和医学信息工程专业大学生专业认知教育。

Objective To analyze the priority goals of the college students majoring in public health in a regular medical college.Methods An investigation was conducted via self-desiged questionaire in the college students majoring in four kinds of public health in a regular medical college in April,2021.The investigation including personal and family characteristics,and the selection of the six leading priority goals among ten goals.The descriptive statistics,chi-square test and multiple logistic regression were applied.Results 1029 college students of grade 1-5 were investigated.59.1%of the college students regarded adherance to their majors as their first goal,20.4%of the students listed got a postgraduate degree as their first goal,5.5%of the students make chaning major as theire first goal,and 59.1%and 21.5%listed participation in community activities and health as their first three leading goals,respectively.The multivariate analysis found that the rate of intention of chaning major of the students majored in health management and medical information engineering was higher than that of the students majored in preventive medicine and other public health related majors.Conclusions In general,the students majoring in four kinds of public health in the regular medical college had high degree of specialty identification,paid attention to the academic performance and the cultivation of comprehensive quality.However,the degree of recognition on health need to be improved.It was suggested to continuously strengthen the specialty indentification education for the students of health management and medical information engineering.
