Evolution Characteristics and Driving Factors of Ecological Efficiency in Industry

产业生态化的目标是实现产业增长与生态环境保护的协调,促进产业向资源节约型、环境友好型方向发展,避免对资源、环境的过度使用和破坏。推进产业生态化进程,提升产业生态化的效率,是促进中国实现绿色发展的重要手段。基于此,文章以2009—2019年我国22个工业重点行业的产业生态化效率为主要研究对象,建立了产业生态化效率评价指标体系,使用多产出随机前沿分析方法,计算产业生态化效率的演变特征及其分解,并使用面板Tobit回归方法对产业生态化效率演变的驱动因素进行了讨论。结果显示:我国大多数工业行业的产业生态化效率增长比较平稳;外资企业占主营业务收入的比例、煤炭消费、烟粉尘处置率与产业生态化效率变化正向相关,单位主营业务收入能耗与产业生态化效率变化负向相关。

The goal of industrial ecologicalizatiom is to achieve the coordination between industrial growth and ecological environment protection, to promote the development of industry in the direction of resource-saving and environment-friendly, and to avoid overuse and destruction of resources and environment. Promoting the process of industrial ecologicalizatiom and improving the efficiency of industrial ecologicalization are important means to promote the implementation of China’s green development. Based on this, the paper takes the industrial ecological efficiency of 22 key industries in China from 2009 to 2019 as the main research object to construct an evaluation index system of industrial ecological efficiency, and then uses multi-output stochastic frontier analysis method to calculate the evolution characteristics and decomposition of industrial ecological efficiency. Finally, the paper adopts panel Tobit regression method to discuss the driving factors of industrial ecological efficiency evolution.The results show that the growth of industrial ecological efficiency is relatively stable in most industrial industries in China, that the proportion of foreign-funded enterprises in the main business income, coal consumption and disposal rate of dust is positively correlated with the efficiency, and that the energy consumption per unit of main business income are negatively correlated with the efficiency.
