CFD技术在井喷救援中的应用

摘要 井喷流量是制定井喷救援方案的基本参数之一,为完成井喷流量计算模型精度的验证,文章提出了一种基于CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)软件的验证方法。首先,依据流体力学公式完成井喷流量计算模型的搭建;然后,根据实验装置建立仿真分析模型,并完成初始化设置;最后,将仿真结果与计算结果进行了对比分析。仿真结果显示,以仿真分析获得井喷流量为准确值,井喷流量计算模型精度达到95.28%以上,满足井喷救援中井喷流量精度计算的需求,对井喷救援工作有一定的指导意义。 Blowout flow is one of the basic parameters for formulating blowout rescue plan.In order to verify the accuracy of blowout flow calculation model,a verification method based on CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)software is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the blowout flow calculation model is built according to the hydrodynamic formula;Then the simulation analysis model is established according to the experimental device and the initialization setting is completed;Finally,the simulation results are compared with the calculation results.The simulation results show that the blowout flow obtained from the simulation analysis is the accurate value,and the accuracy of the blowout flow calculation model is more than 95.28%,which meets the needs of blowout flow accuracy calculation in blowout rescue,and has certain guiding significance for blowout rescue.
