肛肠科应用无痛病房管理模式的效果观察

The Efficacy of Implementing Painless Ward Management Mode in Coloproctological Department

目的:研究肛肠科应用无痛病房管理模式的临床效果。方法:将80例肛肠手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组采用无痛病房管理模式,对照组采用普通病房模式管理。比较2组患者术后疼痛评分、并发症、住院时间及满意度情况。结果:观察组各时间点疼痛评分均明显低于对照组;观察组住院时间为(11.75±2.39)d,短于对照组的(13.30±2.34)d;观察组并发症发生率为12.5%,低于对照组的37.5%;观察组总满意度95.0%,高于对照组的87.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肛肠科实施规范化无痛病房管理,能明显减轻患者术后疼痛,加速康复,提高满意度。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of implementing painless ward management mode in coloproctological department.Methods Randomly divided 80patients surgically treated in author’s hospital into observation group(40cases,adopted painless ward management mode)and control group(40cases,common ward management mode);then,compared both groups’postoperative pain score ratings,complication,hospitalization stay,and satisfactory degree.Results In the ratings on pain at each timepoints,in hospitalization time[(11.75±2.39)d vs(13.30±2.34)d],in complication incidence(12.5%vs37.5%),and in total satisfactory degree(95.00%vs 87.5%),observation group was respectively lower,shorter,lower,and higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion In coloproctological department implementing painless ward management mode can significantly relieve patients’postoperative pain,accelerate rehabiliation,thus enhance satisfactory degree.
