摘要
随着电力系统的发展,人们对于电路容量的需求持续增大,需要保障电路安全的断路器承受更高的电压以及更大的容量,这对现役高压电触头材料提出了更高的要求。石墨烯技术的出现为提高SF6高压断路器用电触头材料性能提供了新的研究方向。综述了石墨烯增强铜钨电触头材料的研究现状及抗烧蚀理论,为制备新型高性能、长电寿命的大功率SF6高压断路器电触头产品提供指导,并展望其应用场景。
With the development of power system, the demand for circuit capacity continues to increase, and the circuit that need to ensure circuit safety bear higher voltage and larger capacity, which puts forward higher requirements for active high voltage contact materials. The graphene technology provides a new research direction for improving the properties of electrical contact materials for SF6 high voltage circuit breakers. A review on the research status and anti-ablation theory of graphene-enhanced copper-tungsten electrical contact materials is presented, which provides guidance for the preparation of new high-performance SF6 high-voltage circuit breaker electrical contact products with long electrical life, and the application scenario is prospected.
