铝合金冷热循环稳定化技术进展

摘要 尺寸稳定化处理是高精度铝合金件加工的重要研究方向之一,常规的稳定化工艺已难以满足铝合金精密加工的需要,冷热循环尺寸稳定化方法作为一种高效、精密的铝合金件稳定化处理新技术,得到了较快的发展。介绍了几种铝合金稳定化处理方法,着重对冷热循环稳定化处理机理、研究发展状况、设备等进行了综述。 The dimensional stabilization treatment is one of the important research directions of high-precision aluminum alloy processing. The conventional stabilization process is difficult to meet the requirement of precision machining of the aluminum alloy, and the cold and hot circulating size stabilizing method is used as a new technology for stabilizing and treating the aluminum alloy pieces with high efficiency and precision, and the rapid development is achieved. Several stabilization treatment methods of aluminum alloy were introduced. The mechanism, research and development of cold and hot cycle stabilization treatment, equipment and so on were reviewed.
