摘要
探索了六种工业常用铝合金ZL201A、ZL301A、ZL401A、2A11、3A21、6061的腐蚀行为。通过极化曲线、激光共聚焦等手段探讨了各材料在模拟烟气冷凝液(不含Cl-和含Cl-两类)中的耐蚀机理。结果表明:各类铝合金均表现出优良的耐腐蚀性,其中ZL301A、3A21浸泡腐蚀失重最小,耐蚀性最佳。在含Cl-腐蚀液条件下各试样耐腐蚀性均下降,点蚀坑深度增加,其中ZL301A、3A21、2A11抗Cl-腐蚀性能良好。
The corrosion behavior of six common used aluminum alloys ZL201A, ZL301A, ZL401A, 2A11, 3A21 and6061 were studied systematically. The corrosion resistance mechanism of the samples in simulated flue gas condensate(excluding Cl-and including Cl-) was investigated by polarization curves and laser confocal morphology. The results indicate that all aluminum alloys show excellent corrosion resistance, in which the soaking corrosion weight loss of ZL301A and 3A21is least and therefore the corrosion resistance is best. Under the condition of Cl-corrosion solution, the corrosion resistance of each sample decreases and the pit depth increases, and ZL301A, 2A11 and 3A21 alloys have excellent corrosion resistance.
