双转子磁通切换弧线电机特性的仿真研究

摘要 定子永磁型磁通切换永磁电机的永磁体利用率高、安全性好,在机载雷达、机器人关节等有限转角驱动领域具有明显的优势,进一步降低该类电机的转矩波动并增加其功率密度是当前研究的热点。提出了一种双转子模块化磁通切换弧线电机的新型拓扑结构,推导了抵消转子上端部力矩的最佳定子间隔,并分析了双转子错位角对齿槽转矩主要谐波的影响。有限元分析结果证明了与单边磁通切换弧线电机相比,新型拓扑结构的永磁体利用率更高、转矩特性更好。对磁通切换电机在有限转角领域的工程应用具有参考价值。 Flux switching permanent magnet motor is a kind of motor with permanent magnet embedded in the stator.It has the characteristics of high utilization rate of permanent magnet and good safety.It has obvious advantages in the field of limited angle drive such as airborne radar and robot joints.Further reducing the torque ripple of this type of motor and increasing its power density are the current research hotspots.A novel arc-linear flux switching motor was proposed,which adopted double-rotor and modular-stator structures.In the new topology,the best stator interval was deduced to offset the end torque,and the influence of the internal and external rotor offset angles on the main harmonics of the cogging torque was analyzed to reduce the torque ripple.In contrast with the single side arc-linear flux switching motor,the new topology has higher utilization ratio of permanent magnet and better torque characteristics.The above conclusions have been proved by finite element analysis.It has reference value for the engineering application of flux switching motor in the field of limited angle.
