聚醚胺原位增韧环氧/酸酐体系的研究

摘要 采用聚醚胺PEA2000作为原位反应增韧剂对环氧/酸酐体系进行增韧。研究了PEA2000与环氧树脂质量比分别为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%时对环氧/酸酐体系固化反应行为、树脂浇注体力学性能以及热变形温度的影响。结果表明当PEA2000与环氧树脂质量比为10%时固化体系具有最高的峰值温度,此时PEA2000参与固化反应的程度最高,最适合进行增韧;相较于不加入PEA2000,当PEA2000与环氧树脂质量比为10%时增韧效果最好,树脂浇注体的拉伸强度提高了2.18 MPa,断裂伸长率和冲击强度分别提高了31.3%和39.2%,且热变形温度仅下降了15.7℃,在可接受范围之内。 The polyether amine PEA2000 was used as an in-situ reaction toughening agent to toughen the epoxy/anhydride system.The influences of mass ratios of PEA2000 to epoxy resin with 0%,5%,10%,15%and 20%on the curing reaction behavior of epoxy/anhydride system,the mechanical properties and heat deformation temperature of resin casting were investigated.The results show that the curing system has the highest peak temperature when the mass ratio of PEA2000 to epoxy resin is 10%,and the PEA2000 participates in the curing reaction to the highest degree and is most suitable for toughening;compared with not adding PEA2000,when the mass ratio of PEA2000 to epoxy resin is 10%,the toughening effect is the best,and the tensile strength is enhanced by 2.18 MPa,the elongation at break and the impact strength are improved by 31.3%and 39.2%,respectively,while the heat deformation temperature only decreases by 15.7℃,which is within the acceptable range.
