高校红色档案提升大学生党员身份认同的价值与路径研究--以S大学为例

Research on the Path of Improving Party Members’ Self-identity among University Students by Using Red Archives in Universities -Taking Shanxi Agricultural University as an Example

高校红色档案是教育培养大学生党员的重要资源。党员身份认同关系到高校大学生党员的培养质量,关系到高校基层党组织的组织力,关系到群众对党组织和党员的信任。开发高校红色档案提升大学生党员身份认同有助于加强高校档案分类建设、有助于实现高校档案育人功能、有助于提高大学生党员培养质量和拓展党员教育资源。通过对S大学红色档案促进大学生党员身份认同的现状调查,发现高校红色档案存在资源还不够丰富、红色档案内容开发的普及和深入度还不够、叙事结构有待改进,基于红色档案的教育形式有待拓展等问题。针对这些问题,建议从加大协作、主动收集、强化管理三个方面丰富高校红色档案资源,提出了以课程化、专题化、时代化推进红色档案教育,开展基于红色档案的体验式、便携式、立体式党员教育模式,为高校红色档案开发利用和大学生党员身份认同探索“三化三式”新路径。

Red archives are important resources to educate and train Party members among university students.Party members’self-identity is related to the quality of’their training among university students,the organization of primary-level Party organizations in university,and the trust of the masses to Party organizations and Party members.Through the investigation on the identity of Party members of 754 university students in Shanxi Agricultural University,Party members among university students generally identify with Party membership,but there are some problems,such as the motivation of joining the Communist Party of China is not correct,the sense of belonging to the Party organizations needs to be strengthened,and the attraction of Party organizations activities needs to be improved.The survey also found that Party members among university students have a strong interest in red archives,but about a quarter of university students do not know enough about the history of Party building of the university and the revolutionary deeds of alumni.Based on the above situation,this paper explores the“three ways”to strengthen the identity of Party members among University students by using red archives in universities.
