摘要
瑞马唑仑属新型超短效苯二氮[艹卓]类药物,可作用于γ-氨丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)受体,主要通过组织酯酶快速代谢生成无活性代谢产物,且可被氟马西尼拮抗,在无痛诊疗镇静麻醉、全身麻醉诱导与维持中均有良好应用效果,具有药效迅速、消除半衰期短、维持时间短、无蓄积、恢复快等特点,因此亦可用于特殊情况的手术前辅助镇静、重症监护室镇静,在麻醉领域应用前景广泛。作者从瑞马唑仑作用机制、药代动力学特性、对各系统影响、优势、麻醉领域的应用等方面进行综述,旨在了解瑞马唑仑应用现状,以指导临床应用。
Rimazolam is a novel ultra-short-acting benzodiazepine that acts on theγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)receptor.Rimazolam is mainly and rapidly metabolized into zolam propionate through tissue esterase and can be antagonized by flumazenil.Rimazolam has good application effects in painless diagnosis and treatment of sedation anesthesia,induction and maintenance of general anesthesia due to the characteristics of rapid efficacy,short elimination half-life,short maintenance time,no accumulation,quick recovery and so on.Therefore,Rimazolam can be also used for preoperative auxiliary sedation and sedation in the ICU in special situations,and has a broad application prospect in the field of anesthesia.The authors review the mechanism of action,pharmacokinetic properties,effects on various systems,advantages,and applications in the field of anesthesia with the aim of understanding the current status of rimazolam applications to guide clinical applications.
