摘要
丹酚酸A是丹参中的水溶性成分之一,具有多种药理作用,对心绞痛、急性心肌梗死、视网膜中央动脉栓塞、血栓闭塞性脉管炎等具有治疗作用。丹酚酸A主要通过植物提取(转化)法与化学合成法获得。植物提取(转化)法的原药材易获得,但分离纯化工艺复杂、收率低、成本高。化学合成法节约用药资源,但合成路线较长,部分合成步骤收率低,反应条件苛刻。未来仍需探索高效提取与合成丹酚酸A的新方法以及利用化学生物学法获得丹酚酸A的新途径。本文作者对国内外文献进行归纳和总结,综述了丹酚酸A的提取及合成研究进展,为进一步研究丹酚酸A的获取方法提供参考。
Salvianolic acid A is one of the water-soluble components of Salvia miltiorrhiza,which has a variety of pharmacological effects.Salvianolic acid A is mainly obtained by plant extraction and chemical synthesis.The method of plant extraction has the advantages of easy access to raw materials, but the separation and purification process is complex and the yield is low, which result in high cost.The chemical synthesis method can effectively save the resources of plant medicinal materials, but it has the characteristics of long synthetic route, low yield of key synthetic steps and harsh reaction conditions.In the future, it is still necessary to explore new methods for efficient extraction and synthesis of salvianolic acid A,and it is necessary to develop new ways of preparation of salvianolic acid A by chemical and biological methods.In this paper, the author summarized the research on the extraction and synthesis of salvianolic acid A,so as to provide reference for the further study of the acquisition method of salvianolic acid A.
