摘要
失真度测量仪是无线电计量领域里最常用的仪器之一,应用十分广泛。本文介绍了失真度测量仪的电压和失真度的测量方法,以典型值为例子,给出了不确定度的评定过程。
Distortion measuring instrument is one of the most commonly used instruments in the field of Radio Metrology,which is widely used. The paper introduces the measurement method of voltage and distortion of distortion meter. The evaluation process of uncertainty is given,taking the typical value as an example.
