摘要
通过比较《中国药典》中以蒽醌类化合物为主要成分的中药材与中药制剂的用量,以及研究蒽醌类化合物经肠道代谢的作用机制,初步探讨减肥类保健食品中总蒽醌含量的限量要求,为减肥类保健食品中蒽醌类成分限量标准的制定提供参考。
By comparing the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine with anthraquinone compounds as the main component in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia with that of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,and studying the mechanism of anthraquinone compounds metabolizing through the intestine,preliminary discussion on the limit requirements of total anthraquinone content in weight-reducing food,to provide reference for the formulation of limit standards for anthraquinone components in weight-reducing food.
