On Essays in the Bayannuur Newspaper’s Mongolian Edition

This paper takes the essays published in the literature special page of Bayannuur Newspaper’s Mongolian Edition from its inception to 1990 as the main topic, trying to demonstrate its historical role in the development of Mongolian modern literature. This paper consists of three chapters and appendix. The first chapter mainly explains the development of the literary special edition of Bayannuur Newspaper’s Mongolian Edition. The second chapter analyzes and discusses the main contents and ideas of the essays by taking the historical period as the divide. The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and social value of the literary special edition essays, in order to demonstrate their contribution and historical position in the development of Mongolian modern literature. This is also an important part of the systematic study of Mongolianmodern literature. The appendix mainly shows the catalogue of essays published from 1958 to 1990. This paper mainly analyzes and studies essays, drawing on the methodology of Journalism and close reading of texts.
