摘要 及时、准确评判船用柴油机的运行状态是保证船舶正常作业和开展维修工作的关键。为有效解决船用柴油机运行状态评估效率低下的问题,提出基于数字孪生的船用柴油机整机性能评估方法。基于提出的船用柴油机整机性能评估模型框架,构建面向船用柴油机整机性能评估的数字孪生模型,主要涉及船用柴油机的数据传输网络、数据感知系统和虚拟模型。以数字孪生模型为基础,结合ANN-DS性能评估方法,实现对船用柴油机整机性能的动态评估。结合MTU型号船用柴油机运行案例,验证该性能评估方法的有效性。 Timely and accurate evaluation of the operating status of marine diesel engines is the key to ensuring the normal operation and maintenance of ships.In order to overcome the current inefficiency for evaluating performance of the marine diesel engine,a digital twin-based evaluation method for the whole engine performance of the marine diesel engine is proposed.Based on the proposed performance evaluation model framework for the marine diesel engine,a digital twin model for the marine diesel engine performance evaluation is constructed,which mainly involves the data transmission network,data sensing system and virtual model of the marine diesel engine.The ANN-DS performance evaluation method is employed to realize the dynamic evaluation of marine diesel engine based on the digital twin model.Combined with the operation case of MTU marine diesel engine,the effectiveness of the performance evaluation method is verified.
