摘要
为分析和预测侧推封盖系统在使用工况下的运行特性,在侧推封盖系统运动构件优化设计的基础上,建立侧推封盖系统刚柔耦合模型,分析施加水动力载荷后模型的运动特性及受力状态,并对试验数据进行对比分析。研究结果表明:在考虑水动力载荷的前提下,液压缸受力与空载状态相比增加27%,连杆最大应力从2.8 MPa增加至42.72 MPa;柔性化后仿真模型运动曲线存在一定波动,波动主要出现在运行初期和载荷施加后,后者影响大于前者;由于加工误差和装配间隙的存在,连接关节处存在较大的摩擦力矩,液压缸所受力试验值大于仿真值,最小差值为5.9%,最大差值为19.1%。
In order to analyze and predict operation characteristics of the lateral thrust cover system,a rigid-flexible coupling model of the lateral thrust cover system is established based on the optimization design of the model,the motion characteristics and stress state of the model applied with hydrodynamic loads are analyzed,and the tests data are compared and analyzed.The results show that,considering the hydrodynamic loads,the force of hydraulic cylinder increases by 27%compared with the no-load state,and the max stress of connecting rod increased from 2.8 MPa to 42.72 MPa.The fluctuation of the flexible model in motion curve mainly occurs in the start of motion and after the loading is applied,and the influence of the latter is greater than the former.Due to the existence of the machining error and assembly gap,there is a large friction torque at the joint.The force of the hydraulic cylinder is greater than the simulation value,the minimum error is 5.9%,the maximum error is 19.1%.
