摘要 文章设计搭建一种阀门阵列泄漏检测试验装置,研究阀门类型、工作压力和横向距离对声发射信号的影响,并探索声发射信号特征参数与阀门泄漏率的定量关系。试验结果表明:该装置可实现多工况下阀门阵列内漏的在线检测,同时不同类型阀门内漏的声发射信号特征存在差异,阀门泄漏率与声发射信号特征参数有很强的相关性。可为船舶压力水管路阀门内漏的智能检测和健康管理提供技术支持,同时对运行管理人员掌握管路阀门的运行状态,减少阀门泄漏带来的经济损失和装备损坏,以及船舶压力水管路阀门系统及设备的安全运行等提供重要参考,并对提高船舶管路系统的运行安全具有重要价值。 A valve array leakage detection experimental device is designed,the influence of valve type,working pressure and transverse distance on acoustic emission signal is studied,and the quantitative relationship between characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signal and valve leakage rate is explored.The experimental results show that the device can detect the leakage in valve array under multiple working conditions,and the characteristics of acoustic emission signals of different types of valve leakage are different,and the leakage rate of valve has a strong correlation with the characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signal.It can provide technical support for the intelligent detection and health management of the internal leakage of the valve of the marine penstock.At the same time,it can help the operation management personnel master the operation state of the pipeline valve,reduce the economic loss and equipment damage caused by the valve leakage,provide an important reference for the safe operation of the valve system and equipment of the marine penstock,and is of great value to improve the operation safety of the marine pipeline system.
