树脂型沥青冷补料制备及性能研究

制备了一种树脂型沥青冷补料,并考察了其技术性能,结果表明:树脂型沥青冷补料性能优异,各项指标均能满足行业标准《沥青路面坑槽冷补成品料》的技术要求,与市售溶剂型冷补料相比,具有初始成型强度高、强度增长快、耐水损能力强等优势,可有效减少二次坑槽病害发生的几率,经济社会效益显著。

In this paper, a type of resin asphalt cold filler is prepared and its technical properties are evaluated. The results show that the performance of the resin asphalt cold filler is excellent, and each indicator can meet the technical requirement of the industry specification Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture for Asphalt Pavement. Compared with commercial solvent-based cold filler, the resin asphalt cold filler has the advantages of high initial forming strength, rapid strength growth, and good water damage resistance, it also can effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of the secondary pit disease, and has significant economic and social benefits.
