摘要
如今各大高校针对武术的教学与训练都在不断改革与创新,这在很大程度上提高了武术教学的质量以及运动员的训练效果。在高校武术体能训练中,力量素质是训练的核心内容,对于全面素质的发展有很大的促进作用。本文先就高校武术体能训练中的力量素质作简要阐述,进而对力量素质的训练要点、方法及注意事项加以研究。
The constant reform and innovation in wushu teaching and training methods in universities has improved the teaching quality and athletes’training effect.In wushu physical training,strength training is the core content,which is a great promotion to the comprehensive development in quality.This paper first briefly introduces the strength training,and then has the research on the key point,method and special notice in the training.
