摘要
本文运用文献资料法、视频分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对我国优秀空手道女子组手运动员在第十四届全运会决赛中技术运用进行统计分析,总结第十四届全运会空手道各级别女子组手运动员技术运用特征。提出:强化拳法技术训练,完善腿法技术运用体系,提高摔法练习比重,增加组合技术训练。
By using the methods of literature review,video analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the technical application of China’s excellent karate women’s group players in the finals of the 14th National Games of the People’s Republic of China,and summarizes their characteristics of the technical application.This paper proposes that athletes should strengthen the technical training of boxing,improve the application system of leg technique,raise the proportion of throwing practice and increase the combined technical training.
