2020—2021年武汉市武昌区中小学校预防性消毒效果监测与评价 被引量:1

Monitoring and evaluation of efficacy of preventive disinfection in primary and secondary schools in Wuchang District of Wuhan City from 2020-2021

摘要 目的 了解武汉市武昌区中小学校在秋季开学前预防性消毒工作的消毒效果,发现消毒工作中存在的问题,为落实中小学校科学、有效的消毒提供依据和改进措施。方法 对2020—2021年6—8月在武汉市武昌区57所中小学校开展的预防性消毒效果监测数据进行整理和分析,比较不同年份、监测对象、区域及学校类型样本间消毒效果的差异。结果 2年共采集消毒后的中小学校餐具和物体表面样本1 687份,总合格率为89.63%,2020年的合格率(100.00%)明显高于2021年(85.98%)(P<0.01)。不同监测对象消毒后合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中灯开关(80.00%)、空调和风扇按键(81.51%)的合格率显著低于楼梯扶手(96.46%)和桌椅面(92.54%)(均P <0.01)。中小学校不同区域间的消毒后合格率由高到低依次为公共区域(96.15%)、食堂(94.27%)、教室(89.03%)和厕所(77.14%),不同区域间合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);厕所与其他3类区域合格率之间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。不同类型学校(中学和小学)合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 武汉市武昌区中小学校的秋季开学前预防性消毒情况总体效果较好,需要加大对消毒服务企业及消毒人员的监督力度,消毒过程中重点加强对灯开关、水龙头和空调、风扇按键等小型物体表面以及厕所、教室等密集区域的消毒工作,保证学校预防性消毒工作效果。 Objective To understand the efficacy of preventive disinfection in primary and secondary schools in Wuchang District of Wuhan City before the fall semester,find out the problems existing in the process of disinfection,and provide basis and improvement measures for the implementation of scientific and effective disinfection in primary and secondary schools. Methods The monitoring data on preventive disinfection in primary and secondary schools in Wuchang District of Wuhan City from June to August in 2020-2021 were collected and analyzed,in order to explore the differences of disinfection efficacy among different years,monitoring objects,areas and types of schools. Results A total of 1 687 tableware and surface samples were collected from primary and secondary schools in two years,with the total disinfection qualified rate 89.63%. The qualified rate of 2020(100.00%) was significantly higher than the rate in 2021(85.98%)(P<0.01). There was a statistically significant difference in the qualified rate of different monitoring objects after disinfection(P<0.01),and the qualified rates of light switch(80.00%),air conditioning and fan buttons(81.51%) were significantly lower than that of banister(96.46%),table and chair top(92.54%)(all P<0.01).The qualified rates of disinfection among different areas of the schools in descending order were public area(96.15%),canteen(94.27%),classroom(89.03%) and toilet(77.14%),the difference was statistically significant among different areas(P<0.01). The qualified rates of toilet and other three types of areas were pairwise compared,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.01).There was no statistically significant differences in the qualified rate of disinfection between primary and secondary schools(P>0.05).Conclusion The disinfection quality of primary and secondary schools in Wuchang District of Wuhan City before the fall semester is good in general,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision on the disinfection service enterprises and disinfection personnel,and more attention should be paid on the disinfection of the surface of smaller objects such as light switch,faucet,air conditioning and fan buttons,as well as the dense areas such as the toilets and classrooms,to ensure the efficacy of preventive disinfection in schools.
