家庭复原力的研究进展

Research progress on family resilience

家庭复原力又称家庭抗逆力、家庭韧性,是指家庭在面对压力源时帮助家庭抗逆或维持家庭模式并从压力源中恢复的力量。众多研究表明,家庭复原力在家庭应对危机以及危机后恢复与重建中具有举足轻重的作用。研究家庭复原力有助于对危机中的家庭进行正确的评估与干预,维护正常家庭的良好发展,并揭示家庭在社会系统中的重要作用。我们通过概念、影响因素、相关理论模型、测量工具及干预5个方面对家庭复原力进行综述。

Family resilience refers to the strength that helps families resist stress,maintain family patterns and recover from stressors. Many studies have shown that family resilience plays an important role in family coping with crisis and post crisis recovery and reconstruction. The study of family resilience is helpful to correctly evaluate and intervene families in crisis,maintain the good development of normal families,and reveal the important role of families in the social system. We review family resilience from five aspects:concept,influencing factors,relevant theoretical models,measurement tools and intervention.
