川党参根腐病病原菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of pathogens causing root rot in Codonopsis pilosula subsp. tangshen in Fengjie of Chongqing

采用组织分离法和单孢分离法对引起川党参根腐病的病原菌进行分离纯化,按照柯赫氏法则对分离物进行致病性验证,并通过形态学观察和真菌r DNA-ITS序列分析鉴定病原菌种类。结果表明,引起重庆市奉节县川党参根腐病的病原菌为腐皮镰孢菌Fusarium solani、燕麦镰孢菌F. avenaceum、锐顶镰孢菌F. acuminatum以及强壮土赤壳菌Ilyonectria robusta。

We used tissue isolation and single spore isolation to isolate and purify the pathog enic fungus causing Codonopsis pilosula subsp. tangshen root rot and verified the pathogenicity of the isolates according to Koch’s postulates.The types of pathogenic fungus were identified by morphological observation and fungal r DNA-ITS sequence analysis. The results showed that Fusarium solani, F. avenaceum, F. acuminatum, and Ilyonectria robusta were the pathogens causing root rot in C. pilosula subsp. tangshen in Fengjie County, Chongqing.
