车载Ⅳ型储氢气瓶塑料内胆材料氢渗透特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 氢气渗透特性是车载Ⅳ型储氢气瓶内胆选材的关键技术指标之一。本文结合气-固渗透理论对车载Ⅳ型储氢气瓶内胆材料氢渗透特性内在发生机理和影响因素进行了探究,并简要介绍了塑料内胆氢渗透测试方法以及国内外在高压氢渗透领域的研究成果,指出国内在高压氢渗透测试方法和装置方面的研究存在不足,建议在材料、装置、方法等方面开展研究,通过制定合理可行的测试方法和评价指标,以期实现内胆材料选材和测试的标准化,更好地推动车载储氢装备以及氢燃料电池汽车技术进步。 Hydrogen permeability is one of the key parameters for the material selection of type Ⅳ hydrogen storage cylinder on vehicle.In this paper,the internal mechanism and influence factorsof hydrogen permeation process are investigated by combining gas-solid permeation theory and the test method for evaluating hydrogen permeability of plastic liner material is briefly introduced,as well as the research achievements in the field of high pressure hydrogen permeation at home and abroad.It is pointed out that there are shortcomings in domestic research on testing methods and devices of high pressure hydrogen permeation and suggestion are given to carry out researches on materials,devices,and methods.By formulating reasonable and feasible test method and evaluation indexes,the standardization of liner material selection and testing can be realized and the development of on-board hydrogen storage equipment and hydrogen fuel cell vehicle technology can also be better promoted.
