Analysis of Repair Technology for Production Separator of an Offshore Oil Platform

对于复合材料制压力容器,覆层材料起到阻止介质腐蚀基材的作用。覆层材料损伤、脱落等缺陷会导致基材暴露于腐蚀介质中,造成承压基材产生腐蚀减薄等缺陷,影响压力容器使用安全。本文针对覆层材料已产生的损伤,依据有关国家标准规定,在损伤原因分析、修理方案论证、修理过程质量控制、修理结果意见及相关建议等方面进行了研究,对工程中类似问题的处理有一定参考作用。

For pressure vessels made of composite materials,the cladding material can prevent the medium from corroding the substrate.Defects such as damage and falling off of cladding materials will lead to substrate exposure to corrosive medium,resulting in corrosion and thinning of pressure bearing substrate,which will affectthe safety of pressure vessels.In this article,according to the relevant national standards,the damage of cladding materials has been studied in the aspects of damage cause analysis,repair scheme demonstration,repair process quality control,repair result opinions and relevant suggestions,which has acertain reference for the treatment of similar problems in engineering.
