空气储罐安全阀排放能力浅析

Analysis on Discharge Capacity of Safety Valve of Air Storage Tank

安全阀作为空气储罐的安全泄放装置,在空气储罐超压时能泄放一定量气体,保证生产安全,但这是建立在安全阀的排放能力大于空气储罐安全泄放量的前提下。本文通过对空气储罐产销情况、使用环境的调查,指出空气储罐的设计文件中,应当注明安全阀的排放能力,并应由质量流量转化为空压机标准规定的标准状况下的容积流量,以期给市场上空压机系统选择合适的空气储罐提供参考,确保所选配的空气储罐安全阀排放能力大于空压机的排气量。

As the safety relief device ofthe air storage tank,the safety valve can release a certain amount of gas when the air storage tank is overpressured to ensure production safety,but this is based on the premise that the discharge capacity of the safety valve is greater than that of the air storage tank.Through the investigation of the production and marketing of air storage tanks and the use environment,it is pointed out that the discharge capacity of safety valves should be indicated in the design documents of air storage tanks,and the mass flow should be transformed into the volume flow under the standard conditions specified in the air compressor standard,so as to provide reference for the selection of appropriate air storage tanks for the compressor system over the market and ensure that the discharge capacity of safety valves of selected air storage tanks is greater than the exhaust capacity ofair compressors.
