摘要
以高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)、沙柳木粉为原料,KH550为界面相容剂,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,ZnO、Nano-CaCO_(3)为发泡助剂,采用模压法制备沙柳/HDPE发泡木塑复合材料(FWPC),研究制备工艺对FWPC性能的影响。结果表明:FWPC较优的制备工艺为AC、ZnO和Nano-CaCO_(3)的加入量分别为1.5%、20%和3%,此时FWPC的力学性能和动态热机械性能相对较高,静曲强度、弹性模量、拉伸强度和冲击强度分别为28.91MPa、2178MPa、14.44MPa和3.80kJ/m^(2)。
High-density polyethylene(HDPE) and salix wood powder were used as raw materials,KH550 as interfacial compatibilizer,AC was foaming agent,ZnO and Nano-CaCO_(3) were foaming assistants.Foamed wood-plastic composite(FWPC) was prepared by molding.The effect of preparation process on properties of FWPC was studied.The results shown that the better preparation process of FWPC was as follows:The addition amounts of AC,ZnO and Nano-CaCO_(3) were 1.5%,20% and 3% respectively.At this time,FWPC has relatively high mechanical properties and dynamic thermomechanical properties.The static bending strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength and impact strength were 28.91 MPa,2178 MPa,14.44 MPa and 3.80 kJ/m^(2),respectively.
