摘要
聚丙烯材料是汽车等相关领域至关重要的基础材料。聚丙烯常通过使用双螺杆共旋转挤出机熔融混合制备。但是由于聚丙烯的模量偏低、且与其他极性聚合物和无机物相容性较差,这限制了聚丙烯的进一步应用。为此,提出利用芳纶纤维增强复合材料的模量,加入低密度聚乙烯可以很好地降低聚合物的密度,同时通过添加马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-G-MA)和钛酸酯偶联剂来进行表面改性处理,增强其复合材料的界面粘附性,使芳纶、聚丙烯、低密度聚乙烯很好的进行混合,从而获得高模量低密度聚丙烯复合材料。结果表明:复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度、弯曲强度等参数等得到了显著增强。此方法是为了能够发现一种新型的低密度高模量的聚丙烯复合材料,以扩大聚丙烯材料的应用范围。
Polypropylene(PP) is crucial basic material in related fields such as automobiles.PP is often prepared by melt mixing using twin-screw corotating extruder.However,PP has low modulus and poor compatibility with other polar polymers and inorganic substances,which limits the further application of PP.For this reason,used the modulus of aramid fiber reinforced composite material,adding low-density polyethylene can well reduce the density of the polymer,and at the same time by adding PP-g-MA and titanate coupling agent to modify the surface.Sexual treatment enhanced the interfacial adhesion of the composite material,so that aramid,polypropylene,and low-density polyethylene can be mixed well to obtain high-modulus,low-density PP composite.The research results shown that from the structure measured by the universal testing machine and electron microscope analysis,it can be seen that the tensile strength,elongation at break,impact strength,bending strength and other parameters of the composite material were significantly enhanced.This method was to be able to discover new type of low-density and high-modulus PP composite material to expand the application range of PP.
