石蜡/聚丙烯定型相变储能材料的泄漏率和定型能力的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用3种不同类型增容剂乙烯-α-辛烯高共聚物(POE)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)改善石蜡/聚丙烯(PP)定型相变材料(FSPCMs)的性能,讨论3种增容剂的用量对储能相变材料泄漏率和定型能力的影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)对相变材料的微观结构进行表征。结果表明:当FSPCMs中石蜡含量高达70%(wt,质量分数,下同),增容剂含量为20%时,48h后定型相变材料的泄漏率最低,POE、EPDM和SEBS这3种类型的FSPCMs泄漏率分别3.77%、4.46%和1.41%,比相同石蜡含量的纯PP/石蜡定型相变材料的泄漏率分别降低了3.68倍、3.1倍和9.84倍。定型相变材料的定型能力随着增容剂含量的增加而降低,定型能力最好的是POE-FSPCMs。SEM结果表明3种增容剂中与PP相容性最好的是POE,与石蜡相容性最好的是SEBS。 The properties of form-stable phase change materials(FSPCMs) were improved by compatibilizers:POE,EPDM and SEBS.The effects of compatibilizers on leakage rate and shaping ability of FSPCMs were discussed.The microstructure of FSPCMs were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The leakage rate test results showed that the FSPCMs leakage rate with 70%(wt%,weight fraction,the same below) paraffin content and 20% compatibilizer content were lowest after 48 hours.FSPCMs lowest leakage rates of POE,EPDM and SEBS were 3.77%,4.46% and 1.41%,respectively,which were 3.68,3.1 and 9.84 times lower than that of PP/paraffin with the same paraffin content.The shaping ability of FSPCMs decreased with increasing of compatibilizer content,and POE-FSPCMs had the best shaping ability.SEM results showed that POE had the best compatibility with PP and SEBS had the best compatibility with paraffin among three compatibilizers.
