百令胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂对支气管哮喘患者中医症候、呼吸道重塑、炎症因子的影响

Effect of Bailing Capsules Combined with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms,Airway Remodeling and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨百令胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂对支气管哮喘患者中医症候、呼吸道重塑、炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2019年11月-2021年11月中南财经政法大学医院收治的122例支气管哮喘患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组61例。对照组以布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,观察组以百令胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、呼吸道重塑功能、炎症因子水平、治疗安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为91.80%,高于对照组的77.05%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组呼吸急促、喉中哮鸣、胸膈满闷、咯吐不爽评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组支气管黏膜基底膜厚度(TRBM)、肌纤维母细胞计数、呼出气一氧化氮(FENO)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、基质金属蛋白酶16(MMP-16)、核因子κB(NF-κB)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂对支气管哮喘患者治疗效果良好,可改善中医症候,抑制呼吸道重塑和炎症因子表达,且治疗安全性良好,可临床推荐。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Bailing Capsules combined with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation on traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,airway remodeling and inflammatory factors in patients with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 122 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Zhongnan University of Economics and Law Hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 61 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation,and the observation group was treated with Bailing Capsules combined with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,airway remodeling function,inflammatory factors levels and treatment safety were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.80%,which was higher than 77.05%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of tachypnea,laryngeal wheezing,chest tightness and vomiting discomfort in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bronchial mucosal basement membrane thickness(TRBM),myofibroblast count and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FENO)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),matrix metalloproteinase 16(MMP-16)and nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bailing Capsules combined with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation has good therapeutic effect on patients with bronchial asthma,it can improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,inhibit airway remodeling and the expression of inflammatory factors,it has good therapeutic safety and can be recommended clinically.
