摘要
为改善建筑的节能和隔热效果,分析墙体修复用绿色建筑材料的耐高温性能。确定耐高温控制对象,计算基本材料厚度、对流换热系数、基本材料热导率的耐高温参数,并绘制耐高温材料的热重曲线,得到材料的三个失重阶段。定量分析耐高温传热性能,在驱动力矩作用下,计算材料的传热系数。保证导热系数在稳定传热情况下,分析墙体修复用绿色建筑材料的密度、孔隙率和热疲劳数值,完成绿色建筑材料的耐高温性能分析。由试验研究可知,无论是冬季还是夏季,BD407脱硫修复材料耐温性能都比3M橡胶修复材料的耐温性能要强。
In order to improve the energy saving and heat insulation effect of buildings, the high temperature resistance of green building materials for wall repair was analyzed. The paper determined the high temperature resistant control object, calculated the high temperature resistant parameters of the basic material thickness, convection heat transfer coefficient and thermal conductivity, and drew the thermogravimetric curve of the high temperature resistant material to obtain the three weight loss stages of the material. It conducted quantitative analysis of high temperature heat transfer performance, under the action of driving torque, and calculated the heat transfer coefficient of the material. In order to ensure the thermal conductivity under the condition of stable heat transfer, it analyzed the density, porosity and thermal fatigue values of green building materials for wall repair, and completed the analysis of high temperature resistance of green building materials. According to the experimental study, the temperature resistance of bd407 desulfurization repair material is stronger than that of 3M rubber repair material in both winter and summer.
