摘要
镉是一种毒性很强的重金属元素,对人体健康有很大危害。水稻是一种易富集镉的农作物,大米镉污染会影响粮食安全,对公众健康构成重大威胁。文章介绍了镉在水稻中的吸收、转运机制以及毒性作用,总结了减少水稻中镉积累的方案,明确了土壤-水稻系统中镉的危害,为减轻大米镉污染的健康风险提供了理论基础。最后总结提出了控制水稻中镉污染的研究方向,对未来的研究进行了展望,为明确水稻镉污染治理方向提供重要的参考。
Cadmium is a kind of heavy metal that has high level of toxicity to humans. Rice is a kind of plant that is easy to accumulate cadmium, in which the cadmium contamination menaces the public health. This article introduces the absorption and transport mechanism and toxicity in rice. It aims to reduce the health risks of cadmium contamination in rice and help to understand the harm of cadmium in the soil-rice system better. This paper analyzes the ways to effectively alleviate the cadmium contamination in rice and summarizes the relevant schemes to reduce the accumulation of cadmium in rice. It put forward a research direction of controlling contamination pollution in rice, and gave prospect of the future research.
