摘要
以玉米秸秆为原材料,通过碱处理后脱色,提取玉米秸秆中的纤维素,再采用氯化锌将提取的玉米秸秆纤维素进行溶解,通过相转移法制备纤维素膜。当氯化锌质量浓度为65%,加热温度为85℃,纤维素质量为3 g时,得到的玉米秸秆纤维素膜对亚甲基蓝吸附性能最佳,在此条件下的最佳吸附率为59.20%。以环氧氯丙烷为溶剂对制备的纤维素膜进行改性,改性后的纤维素膜对亚甲基蓝的吸附率达到78.9%。
Using corn straw as raw material, this study decolorize after alkali treatment in order to extracting cellulose in corn straw, and then using zinc chloride to dissolve the extracted corn straw cellulose, and preparing cellulose film by phase transfer method. When the mass concentration of zinc chloride is 65%, the heating temperature is 85°C, and the cellulose mass is 3 g, the obtained corn straw cellulose film has the best adsorption performance for methylene blue, and the optimal adsorption rate under this condition is 59.20%. The prepared cellulose membrane was modified with epichlorohydrin as the solvent. The adsorption rate of the modified cellulose membrane to methylene blue reached 78.9%.
