磁选技术在突发性水污染中的应用研究

摘要 为提高水污染处理效果,研究基于磁选技术的突发性水污染处理方法。准备试验材料及实验试剂,确定实验装置。结果表明,在本底磁场强度1.0 T时,使用0.5 mm直径的网状介质盒,磁铁矿与水中铜离子摩尔比为0.8时处理效果较好。进一步实验发现,通过磁选技术处理后,可以迅速地将污染物质从水中剥离,在重污染情况下50 min即可脱除,在轻污染情况下15 min左右就能够脱除,使用效果良好。满足方法的设计需求,能够为应用磁选技术处理水污染提供理论依据,为该技术的工业应用提供了技术支撑。 In order to improve the effect of water pollution treatment, a sudden water pollution treatment method based on magnetic separation technology was designed. The study prepared test materials and experimental reagents and determined the experimental device. The results show that when the background magnetic field strength is 1.0 T, using a mesh medium box with a diameter of 0.5 mm, the treatment effect is better when the molar ratio of magnetite to copper ions in water is 0.8. Further experiments found that after magnetic separation technology, the pollutants can be quickly stripped from the water, which can be removed in 50 minutes in the case of heavy pollution and about 15 minutes in the case of light pollution, and the use effect is good. Satisfying the design requirements of the method can provide a theoretical basis for the application of magnetic separation technology to treat water pollution, and provide technical support for the industrial application of the technology.
