摘要
为探讨呼兰河下游大型底栖动物群落结构与水环境因子之间的关系,于2021年10月对呼兰河下游11个采样点进行大型底栖动物与水质数据的采集分析。运用多样性指数进行水质生物学评价、运用Pearson相关性分析、冗余分析(RDA)分析影响大型底栖动物群落结构的主要环境因子。生物多样性指数分析结果表明呼兰河下游水质基本处于轻度污染状态。相关性分析和RDA结果表明BOD、TN、TP、COD_(Mn)、WT、Cond、DO是影响底栖动物群落的主要环境因子。结果可为呼兰河下游大型底栖动物群落结构与水环境质量的修复和管理提供重要依据。
In order to explore the relationship between macrobenthos community structure and water environment factors in the lower range of Hulan River, eleven sampling points in the lower Hulan River were collected and analyzed for macrobenthos and water quality data in October 2021. The diversity index was used to evaluate water quality biology, and the Pearson correlation analysis and redundancy analysis(RDA) were used to analyze the main environmental factors affecting the structure of macrobenthos community. Biodiversity index analysis results show that the water quality in the lower reaches of the Hulan River is basically in a slightly polluted state. Correlation analysis and RDA results showed that BOD, TN, TP, COD_(Mn), WT, Cond, and DO were the main environmental factors affecting the benthic community. The results of this study can provide an important basis for the restoration and management of macrobenthos community structure and water environment quality in the lower Hulan River.
