摘要
为了提高城市环境污染治理与经济发展的总体水平,论文对城市环境污染治理与经济发展的耦合关系进行建模研究。以环境污染治理和经济发展为目标,通过对原始指标数据的无量纲化处理,得到耦合指标的无量纲化标准值,计算出耦合指标的熵值以及冗余度,完成耦合指标权重的确定,通过引入耦合协调度模型,计算了环境污染治理与经济发展的耦合协调度,实现了城市环境污染治理与经济发展的耦合关系建模。实例结果表明,2018年-2021年A市环境污染治理水平和经济发展水平都呈现出明显的上升趋势,提高了城市环境污染治理与经济发展的总体水平。
In order to improve the overall level of urban environmental pollution control and economic development, this paper studies the coupling relationship between urban environmental pollution control and economic development. Aiming at environmental pollution control and economic development, through the dimensionless processing of the original index data, the dimensionless standard value of the coupling index is obtained, the entropy and redundancy of the coupling index are calculated, and the weight of the coupling index is determined. By introducing the coupling co scheduling model, the coupling co scheduling of environmental pollution control and economic development is calculated. The coupling relationship between urban environmental pollution control and economic development is modeled. The example results show that the environmental pollution control level and economic development level of city a show an obvious upward trend from 2018 to 2021, which improves the overall level of urban environmental pollution control and economic development.
