摘要
蜗轮副双啮仪是在一对被测蜗轮副做双面啮合时测量蜗轮一转内的径向变动量,得到径向综合偏差,是对蜗轮副进行快速测量的主要仪器之一。该仪器主机具有交叉轴结构,影响测量结果的误差源众多,系统测量不确定度评定困难。介绍了蜗轮副双啮仪测量原理和主机结构,给出了基于GUM法的蜗轮副双啮仪系统测量不确定度评定方法,不确定度分量分为机械主机、数据采集和软件、测量条件3个部分。列出了不确定度来源及其灵敏度系数的数值,由各不确定度分量合成标准不确定度,再得到仪器扩展不确定度,即径向综合总偏差、一齿径向综合偏差、双啮径向跳动的测量不确定度分别为5.3μm、4.5μm和2.4μm。开发了蜗轮副双啮仪测量不确定度评定软件,可打印带有测量不确定度结果的齿轮双啮测量报告,给出了双啮测量结果在一定置信概率下的可信范围。该软件对精密仪器测量不确定评定具有一定的参考价值。
The double flank worm gear pair rolling tester measures the radial variation within one revolution of the worm gear when a pair of worm gears mesh in double flank with no backlash, and the radial composite deviations can be obtained.The tester is one of the main instruments for rapid measurement of worm gear pair, which has a cross-axis structure.There are many error sources influencing the measurement results, and it is difficult to evaluate the uncertainty of the system measurement.The measurement principle of the tester and the structure of the base unit are introduced, and the measurement uncertainty evaluation method of the tester based on GUM is given.The uncertainty components are divided into three parts, including the base unit, data acquisition and software, and measurement conditions.The value of standard uncertainties and sensitivity coefficients are listed.The combined standard uncertainty is obtained from each uncertainty component, and then the expanded uncertainty is obtained, that is, the measurement uncertainties of the total radial composite deviation, tooth-to-tooth radial composite deviation, and the radial runout are respectively 5.3 μm, 4.5 μm and 2.4 μm.The developed measurement uncertainty evaluation software of the double flank worm gear pair rolling tester can print the measurement report with measurement uncertainty results, and gives the reliability range of measurement results under certain confidence probability.The software has certain reference value for the uncertainty evaluation of precision instruments.
