摘要
介绍了壳架电流6300A的万能式断路器在进行机械寿命试验过程中出现的一种失效问题,其具体表现为断路器操作机构的储能杠杆限位轴受力弯曲变形或侧板上安装限位轴的圆孔变形导致限位轴脱出,即“空合”。分析了导致该问题的原因及运动过程中机构部分零部件的受力情况,提出了优化方案并进行机械寿命试验的验证,避免了机构再次出现“空合”的情况,提高了产品的机械寿命。
This paper introduced a failure problem of the air circuit breaker of rated current 6300A,which emerged in the mechanical life test.The specific performance is that the limited axis of the energy storage of the operating mechanism of the air circuit breaker is bending deformation or the limited axis falls out because of the deformation of the circular hole on the side panel.These phemenon are called “cavitation”.This research analyzed the cause of the problem and the stress condition of components and parts in the running process.It proposed an improvement scheme and verified it by the mechanical life test.The result shows that it improves the mechanical life of the air circuit breaker and avoids the situation of “cavitation”.
