Measurement and Contract Management of Water Conservancy Project

通过对水利水电建设项目工程计量与支付等过程进行分析、研究,论述工程建设项目在实施过程中计量支付与合同管理的相互关系以及对合同管理的重要性,探讨计量支付工作的过程与方法;水利水电工程项目在合同签订、策划、进点、施工及收尾全过程,都应认真进行计量支付工作,确保项目资金有保障;计量支付工作成败与否,是关系到项目亏损或赢利、企业是否能持续发展壮大的关键,应特别重视。

This paper analyses and studies the measurement and payment of water conservancy and hydropower construction project.At the same time,the relationship between measurement payment and contract management during the implementation of engineering construction project and the importance of contract management are discussed,and the process and method of measurement payment are studied.During the whole process of contract signing,planning,entry point,construction and closing,water conservancy and hydropower projects should pay metering carefully to ensure the guarantee of project funds.Measurement payment is the key to project loss or profit and sustainable development of the enterprise,which should be paid special attention to.
