本文总结了王檀教授从“火”论治哮病发作期的药对经验。王檀提出“哮病主于火”和“五脏六腑皆令人哮”新理论,从脏腑相干理论出发,从火论治,实火则清,虚火则降,郁火则宣,兼以化痰止哮。临证常用清心泻火药对黄连-生地黄、竹叶-木通/通草;泻肺降火药对桑白皮-地骨皮;滋阴降火药对知母-黄柏;清肝潜阳药对龙骨-牡蛎、牛膝-代赭石;清胆和胃药对青蒿-黄芩;清宣伏火药对防风-广藿香。

This paper summarizes Professor Wang Tan's experience in treating wheezing in its attacking stage with couplet medicines based on the syndrome differentiation of fire.He puts forward the new theories that“wheezing is dominated by fire” and“all the syndromes in zang-fu viscera may cause wheezing”.Starting from the theory of interconnections between zang-viscera and fu-viscera,Professor Wang Tan treats the disease based on the syndrome of fire,by clearing excessive fire,descending deficient fire,dispersing stagnant fire,and combined with dissipating phlegm to terminate wheezing.In clinic,he prefers the couplet medicines of golden thread―unprocessed rehmannia root,lophatherum herb-akebia stem or ricepaperplant pith for clearing heart-fire,the couplet medicines of white mulberry root-bark-Chinese wolfberry root-bark for purging the lung and descending fire,the couplet medicines of common anemarrhena rhizome-amur cork-tree for nourishing yin and descending fire,the couplet medicines of bone fossil of big mammals-oyster shell,twotoothed achyranthes root-red ochre for clearing liver-fire and subsiding yang,the couplet medicines of sweet wormwood herb―baical skullcap root for clearing the gallbladder and regulating the stomach,and the couplet medicines of divaricate saposhnikovia root-cablin patchouli herb for clearing hidden fire.
