Application of Delicacy Management Mode in Strengthening Oil Well Management Level

随着中国油田产业的扩大,油井开采的工作也日渐复杂,其包含了多项危险因素,因此提升其管理水平极为重要。文章分析了油井管理的特点以及提高管理水平的重要性,列举了当前油井管理中存在的不足,提出了各项精细化管理的实践措施。

With the expansion of China’s oilfield industry,the work of oil well exploitation is becoming more and more complex,which contains a number of risk factors.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen its management level.This paper analyzes the characteristics of oil well management and the importance of improving the management level,lists the shortcomings existing in the current oil well management,and puts forward various practical measures of delicacy management.
