摘要
建设用地土壤风险管控,是场地污染控制和安全利用的重要手段之一。文章以河北省为例,基于重点行业企业用地土壤污染状况调查和风险筛查结果,结合在产焦化企业生产和污染隐患排查概况,总结分析了焦化厂的典型工艺流程及其污染分布情况,针对土壤污染隐患排除、源头防治、环境调查评估等方面,提出了技术需求与管理优化建议。
The soil risk management and control in construction land is one of the important means of site pollution control and sustainable utilization.Taken Hebei province as an example,the paper analyzed and summarized the typical process flow and pollution distribution in coking enterprises,based on the results of key industry enterprises land soil survey and risk screening,combining the investigation of potential pollution hazards in coking enterprises.Moreover,the paper put forward the technical demand and management optimization suggestions,in view of the elimination of potential soil pollution hazards,source control,environmental investigation and evaluation of coking enterprises.
