摘要
随着中国化工行业的不断发展,天然气液化处理和化工制造水平得到提高。这就应强化压力容器在天然气液化处理和储存中的应用,避免液化天然气出现泄漏和污染的问题。文章将针对天然气液化中应用的压力容器进行研究,简要概述压力容器,从天然气液化处理和相应行业可持续发展角度出发,实施压力容器设计制造工作,对压力容器设计制造常见缺陷提出针对有效应对改善措施。
With the continuous development of China’s chemical industry,the level of natural gas liquefaction processing and chemical manufacturing has been improved.Therefore,the application of pressure vessel in LNG liquefaction processing and storage should be strengthened to avoid the problems of LNG leakage and pollution.In this paper,the pressure vessel applied in natural gas liquefaction is studied,and the pressure vessel is briefly summarized.The design and manufacture of pressure vessel is carried out from the perspective of natural gas liquefaction and the sustainable development of corresponding industry.Effective measures to deal with and improve the common defects in the design and manufacture of pressure vessels are put forward.
