Summary of the best evidence for management of vein thromboembolism in perioperative adult patients with orthopedic trauma

目的:搜索和归纳创伤骨科成人病人围术期静脉血栓管理的相关证据,为临床管理提供依据,以降低静脉血栓的发生率。方法:系统检索国内外指南网及数据库关于创伤骨科成人病人围术期静脉血栓管理的相关文献,采用Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心的文献评价和证据分级系统,对各类研究进行质量评价和证据评定。结果:共纳入18篇文献,总结出41条关于创伤骨科成人病人围术期静脉血栓管理的最佳证据。结论:总结的创伤骨科成人病人围术期静脉血栓管理的最佳证据,以科学的方法管理围术期静脉血栓,以减少静脉血栓的发生。

Objective:To search and summarize the best evidence for management of vein thromboembolism in perioperative adult patients with orthopedic trauma,so as to provide basis for clinical management and reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis.Methods:Related articles on management of venous thrombosis in perioperative adults patients with orthopedic trauma were searched from domestic and foreign guide network and database.The literature evaluation and evidence grading system of JBI evidence-based health care center was used to evaluate the quality and evidence of various studies.Results:A total of 18 articles were included,and 41 pieces of best evidence on management of vein thromboembolism in perioperative adults patients with orthopedic trauma were summarized.Conclusion:This study summarized the best evidence of management of vein thromboembolism in perioperative adult patients with orthopedic trauma,and managed perioperative venous thrombosis in a scientific way to reduce the occurrence of venous thrombosis.
