基于CiteSpace的我国重症患者血糖管理研究热点文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of blood glucose management hotspots of severe patients in China based on CiteSpace

目的:分析我国重症患者血糖管理领域相关文献,梳理此领域的研究热点及前沿发展趋势,为后续研究提供参考。方法:以中国知网从建库至2020年12月31日收录的重症患者血糖管理相关文献为样本,利用文献计量学相关定律和CiteSpace软件,从发文量、关键词、研究热点、研究前沿等方面进行图谱绘制并分析。结果:共纳入486篇相关研究文献,文献数量近年来呈波动上升趋势,研究主体较分散,尚未形成核心研究群;研究主题广泛,但文献质量和影响力有待提升。应激性高血糖、糖尿病、血糖控制、强化胰岛素治疗是研究热点,重症护理、血糖控制是研究前沿领域。结论:严重高血糖、低血糖和明显血糖波动为重症患者病死率增加的独立危险因素,应提高医护人员血糖管理风险意识,各研究主体之间应开展更广泛的交流合作,不断丰富和深化研究内容,创新研究方法,根据不同年龄、不同器官疾病提供个性化的血糖管理指导方案。

Objective:By analyzing the relevant literature in the field of blood glucose management of critically ill patients in China and the research hotspots and cutting-edge development trends in this field,so as to provide reference for subsequent researches.Methods:Taking the literature related to blood glucose management of critically ill patients collected in CNKI from the establishment of the database to December 31,2020 as samples,and the relevant laws of bibliometrics and Citespace software were used to map and analyze the literatures from the aspects of number of articles,keywords,research hotspots and research frontiers.Results:A total of 486 related research papers were included,and the number of papers has fluctuated and increased in recent years,and the research subjects were relatively scattered,and a core research group had not yet been formed.There weare a wide range of research topics,but the literature quality and influence needed to be improved.Stress hyperglycemia,diabetes,blood glucose control and intensive insulin therapy are the research hotspots,and critical care and blood glucose control are the research frontiers.Conclusion:Severe hyperglycemia,hypoglycemia and obvious blood glucose fluctuation are independent risk factors for the increase of mortality of severe patients.The awareness of blood glucose management risk of medical staff should be improved.More extensive exchanges and cooperation should be carried out among various research subjects,constantly enrich and deepen the research content,innovate research methods,and provide personalized guidance schemes for blood glucose management according to different age groups and different organ diseases.
