摘要
目的探讨个体化护理干预在早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)患者中的应用效果。方法收集2019年5月至2021年5月在新泰市人民医院就诊的DKD患者60例为研究对象,采用数字奇偶法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取个体化护理干预,比较两组患者干预前、干预后的效果。结果干预后,观察组患者的负性情绪明显低于对照组;观察组治疗依从性、生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理干预可有效改善早期DKD患者的负性情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性及生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2021,60 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received individualized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects were compared before and after the intervention between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the patients'negative emotion in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;Treatment compliance and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individual nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with early diabetic nephropathy and improve their treatment compliance and quality of life.
